As a Survey Executive, you will be responsible for gathering and reporting customer feedback, identifying service improvement areas, and contributing to the enhancement of in-store experiences. Your efforts will support store teams in achieving key commercial and quality targets while reducing setup-related complaints and increasing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular customer surveys and audits (daily or monthly) as per the schedule
  • Ensure accurate data collection and timely submission of survey reports
  • Monitor and improve mystery audit scores and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Track and support MS Office sales growth through setup quality reviews
  • Assist in identifying service improvement opportunities through feedback analysis
  • Reduce customer complaints by flagging issues and following up with concerned teams
  • Maintain and present records of survey outcomes and improvement plans

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in customer experience or quality roles
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple store locations
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to field survey conditions
