Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers to provide information and resolve their queries or concerns
- Assisting customers with product or service issues via phone, email, or chat support
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing technical assistance to customers with product usage or troubleshooting
- Proactively identifying potential issues and escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
Expected salary: 6300 – 6600 per month
