Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers to provide information and resolve their queries or concerns
  • Assisting customers with product or service issues via phone, email, or chat support
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing technical assistance to customers with product usage or troubleshooting
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required

Expected salary: 6300 – 6600 per month
