Job description: As a Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by providing support to our clients and team members. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and issues, and ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs and materials to educate clients on Islamic quality and Shariah compliance
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and news related to Islamic quality and Shariah compliance, and share insights with team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with IIQAF
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports as needed
- Support the marketing and communication efforts of IIQAF, including social media management and content creation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Knowledge of Islamic principles and values preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Expected salary: 6300 – 6700 per month
