Exciting Opportunity: Join our dynamic Stores Department as a motivated Supply Officer!
- Ensure seamless stock availability across all departments through ordering, receiving and storage duties aligned with policies.
- Provide support to hospital departments, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and storing stock and reconciling stock levels.
- Regularly liaise with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and taking necessary steps.
You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Supply Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous supply/purchasing experience
- Experience using SAP/other computerised inventory control system
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain good working relationships with others.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $31.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
