Job description: Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for defining, communicating, and executing end-to- end supply plan to meet OTIF and

inventory targets.

  • Develops monthly supply plan to meet customer demand and inventory targets, evaluates risks, plans

and implements contingency plans to mitigate.

  • Communicates availability outlook to Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Leadership team. Coordinates

allocation process in case limited stock availability. Monitors forecast bias/accuracy and work closely with
Sales and Business Units to improve the performance.

  • Owns Service Level Agreement with Affiliate Sales and Business Units, regularly revisits inventory

strategies with business partners to meet availability and inventory targets.

  • Works closely with the factories on stock replenishment and direct customer shipments to ensure timely

and cost-effective delivery. Owns SLA with the suppliers, monitors the performance, runs regular KPI
meetings, addresses any issues that may impact supply continuity,

  • Keeps track of supply plan in SAP, maintain master data and PO updates.
  • Leads Inventory and Excess PDCA process to maintain optimal inventory level and to ensure product

availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence (Conducting inventory and excess analysis,
developing action plan with internal/external partners, working with them collaboratively to execute
actions on time, providing regular updates and reports to senior management on inventory performance
and areas for improvement).

  • Identifies improvement opportunities, participates in cross-functional projects to design and establish

new processes or solutions to drive value across supply chain.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with ERPs, advanced planning systems (SAP, Oracle…), good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  • Multinational company and industry experience is an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business/Statistics or related field of study
  • Certificate in Logistics and Supply is an advantage.
