As a Supply Chain Engineer in our HVAC Manufacturing division based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the production and delivery of HVAC systems.Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
- Work closely with production teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
- Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and compliance within the supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6-7 years of supply chain experience, specifically in the HVAC manufacturing industry.
- Engineering background with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and improving efficiency.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.
