We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client’s team in power contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and meeting project deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision:
– Supervise electrical construction activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
– Ensure that work is performed safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Quality Control:
– Monitor and control the quality of electrical work, ensuring that it meets project specifications and standards.
– Identify and address any defects or issues.
3. Safety:
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
– Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
4. Project Coordination:
– Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that electrical work meets project objectives.
– Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction supervision, preferably in power contracting.
– Proven experience in supervising electrical construction activities.
3. Certifications:
– Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, electrical safety) are an advantage.
4. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Salary AED 6000-8000 (all in) + Standard benefits as per UAE law
Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
