Job description: Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of yearly preventive maintenance plan for all Client Electrical assets to carry on comprehensive maintenance service thatreduces troubles and interruption to building operation by utilizing effectively Electrical team’s manpower to perform specific technical tasks and time controlledchecklist, issued and measured with monthly work orders closure.Supervise Electrical team attendance and rectification of daily trouble reports to sustain business continuity and safe building operation by prioritizing troubles, coaching team on troubleshooting techniques, and assisting recovery of service within agreed times as per service level agreement with internal clients.Operate and maintain Electrical assets’ life to deliver optimized operational performance by conducting and preparing asset condition reports which isnecessary for taking a decision in planning assets’ replacement/refurbishment/upgrade.Supervise outsourced services of annual maintenance contractor and ensure quality of deliverables are in line with our standard operation to protect value ofassets, sustain its performance and purpose by complying with local authorities’ regulations and applying manufacturer recommended services.Ensure adequate spare parts, material and tools are available for various work orders and submit requisitions to Engineering Stores as required to complete the job and record costing via maintained records of performed work, time, labour, and material used, for internal charging and recovery.Ensure operational role which line manages the flow of work through decision making and problem solving to meet targets in terms of finishing the job and the quality of the job.Follow and adhere to standards operational procedures, quality standards, health & safety requirements, security requirements and Client policies in delivering dailyduties.Required Skills:University Diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent certificate in Electrical.(6 – 12) Years of experience in electrical and power equipment and electrical circuits, with at least 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance and power distribution industry & installation.Minimum 3 years experiences in UAEKnowledgeable of assorted Electrical Manufacturer equipment and installation.Supervise and check the maintenance and repair work carried out by contractors on a variety of Electrical equipment.Fluent spoken and written English.Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.Experience working with Transformers and switch gears.Experience managing other technicians.
Expected salary: 5500 per month
