Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supermarket Officer. As a Supermarket Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supermarket, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket, including overseeing inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing strategies
- Ensure the supermarket is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Train and supervise supermarket staff to ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and negotiate favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions
- Implement effective marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase customer loyalty
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supermarket or retail environment is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Expected salary: 5300 – 5800 per month
