In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the store manager and other staff members to ensure that customer satisfaction is met and sales goals are achieved.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the supermarket
- Manage and train supermarket staff
- Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management
- Monitor sales and customer satisfaction
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee time-off requests
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
Requirement
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Expected salary: 5300 – 5700 per month
