As a Kitchen Stores Manager at Ayers Rock Resort, you will live and work onsite at Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Who We’re Looking For
We are in search of an experienced and resourceful Kitchen Stores Manager to lead our Main Kitchen stores’ operations. Your role is vital to ensure the smooth and efficient processes of ordering, receiving, transferring, and maintaining inventory. You will be responsible for upholding our standard operating procedures, contributing to the seamless operation of our property. Here are some of your key responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the timely delivery of food, beverage, general, and maintenance items.
  • Maintain an efficient flow of incoming goods, meticulously verifying stock condition and documentation accuracy.
  • Implement effective stock rotation practices and maintain meticulous records of all items.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate correct transfers within cost centers, contributing to optimal food and beverage costs.

The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and products, as well as invoicing, ordering, budget management and reporting. You will be a team leader with with excellent time management and hands on attitude.

As our resort facilities are wide spread, this role requires you to hold a full Australian Drivers License. Additionally, this role will require physical labor and heavy lifting.
