Job description: Store Manager – Fashion Retail OperationsAl-Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales for one of its major fashion brands. - Oversee store performance, meeting sales, profitability, and shrinkage targets
- Lead, train, and develop staff to enhance customer experience and product knowledge
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and team supervision
- Conduct daily briefings and weekly meetings to communicate store performance and targets
- Monitor stock levels, in-store stock movements, returns, and replenishment
- Manage compliance with loss prevention, health and safety, and company policies
- Review performance reports and implement strategic initiatives to improve results
Qualifications and Experience:Education:
- High school diploma required; further education preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team and drive profitability
- Background in fashion retail or branded retail environment is highly desirable
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for extended hours
