Your role will include but is not limited to…
– Oversee sales and profit, making informed decisions with an understanding of P&L and commercial impacts, while maintaining excellent customer service.
– Complete financial reports and stock takes accurately and within deadlines.
– Meet deadlines, understanding their business impact, and proficiently use systems like Fourth, Vita Mojo, and delivery platforms.
– Lead actively but allow the team to excel independently.
– Monitor service quality and consistency, providing coaching and training to employees.
– Organize team shifts for maximum customer satisfaction, including in-store and delivery services.
– Offer regular feedback, recognize potential, and encourage career progression.
– Conduct management meetings and shift briefings for effective communication.
– Maintain high standards in product quality and food safety.
Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality within the UAE, including a minimum of 2 years in a comparable role.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities, aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences.
– Leadership qualities with a dynamic and proactive approach to team management.
– Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are advantageous.
