April 26, 2026Key Responsibilities– Drive, monitor, and review sales performance and recommend action plans to achieve the sales budget.
– Conduct monthly meetings to review category sales and implement strategies to boost exclusive product sales.
– Manage and control approved OPEX budgets and optimize store expenses.
– Ensure customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
– Manage inventory, including stock availability, timely replenishment, and regular adjustments.
