Key responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of The Grass Station Cannabis Dispensary
– Lead and inspire a team of passionate and knowledgeable staff
– Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative environment
– Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records
– Implement and enforce compliance with all state and local regulations
– Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
– Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes growth and development
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers
– Handle any customer or employee concerns in a professional and timely manner
Salary $37000 – $45000 USD per year
Required Skills – Must be 21 years of age or older
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a similar regulated environment
– Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
– Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
– Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
– Understanding of state and local regulations related to cannabis
Desired Skills – Experience in retail management, particularly in the cannabis industry
– Knowledge of ABQ and surrounding areas’ cannabis market and customer preferences
– Familiarity with compliance software and reporting systems
– Passion for cannabis and its potential benefits
– Ability to speak multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base
