Job description: We are currently looking to hire more than 200 Staff Nurses for a multi-speciality hospital in Kuwait. Ideal candidates should have a BSc in Nursing and 4 years of experience as a nurse.We are looking to hire for the following departments:
- IPD,
- Labour & Delivery,
- Emergency,
- Endoscopy,
- ICU,
- CCU,
- NICU,
- Cardiac Catheterization lab (Cath Lab)
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree: B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of Gulf experience + 2.5 years of home country experience as Staff Nurse (Total: 4 years)

- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other people in a position to understand care requirements.
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
- Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division’s philosophies and standards of care
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them always
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
Expected salary: 7200 per month
