Job description: ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for the construction project.Analyze project requirements and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and establish financial contracts.Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with project estimates.Assist in the preparation of project feasibility studies and cost planning.Perform Cost analysis and draw up cost plans.Produce monthly cost reports and financial statements.Prepare tenders documents, contracts, budgets bills and other documentation.Evaluate and analyze tender submission and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.Assist in the selection of contractors and advise on procurement strategy.Manage and administer constructions contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.Handle contract variations, disputes and claims in collaboration with legal and project teams.Keep track of variations to the contact and adjust budget projections accordingly.Monitor and manage contract performance, including cost reporting and financial forecasting.Identify, assess and manage financial risk associated with constructions projects.Develop risk mitigation strategies and provide advice on potential financial impacts.Perform risk, value management, and cost control.Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers and architects to ensure projects objectives are met.Participate in project meeting and provide financial insight to support decision-making.Forster Strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Professional Certification (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.Proficiency in cost estimating software and project management tools.Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to negotiate complex contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.Experience in identifying potential risk in contracts and implementing strategies to mitigate themExperience in assessing suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability and service.Deep understanding of the sourcing options and making decisions that balance cost savings with quality and service levels.

Expected salary: 12000 – 14000 per month
