Develop deep domain experience and being recognized as a functional/technical SME on project initiatives. Deliver user stories on time and actively committing and reviewing code. Actively contributing to scrum activities including providing informative status, retrospective participation, and associated action items, grooming participation, pointing, and demos. Ensure coding quality standards are met and helping to reinforce a culture of quality and maintainability. Analyze user requirements, asking clarifying questions, and the ability to translate those requirements into solutions and provide guidance to the team. Be able to effectively interact and collaborate with all types of stakeholders: technical, business, peers, and management to ensure high quality delivery of software projects on time and within the budget. Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for all members of the team to ensure team and project success. Identify technology risks and dependencies early to establish mitigation plans.What you haveJob Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 84 months of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 60 months involving the following: Front End Technologies/Concepts: Angular or AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, ASP.NET web forms, MVC, JSON/XML, and Sync/ASync services; Back End Technologies/Concepts: C#, ASP.NET, SOAP and RESTful API design; Database Technologies/Concepts: Relational (SQL/Oracle) and Document Based (No-SQL/MongoDB) Architectures; Environment: Distributed Monolithic and Cloud Based Microservices (Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry is strongly differentiating); Web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies; Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automated deployment pipeline tools; and Atlassian tool suite: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, or Bamboo.We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above. Expected salary: $178139 – 203100 per year
