Design complex solutions, troubleshoot and research issues. Develop and maintain all client server and web-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and their translation into functional code. Duties also encompass ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of these applications.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Designs and develops applications and reports using standard and web-based development tools.
- Codes, Debugs, and Tests application functionality to ensure it functions flawlessly
- Collaborates with fellow developers to enhance application features and maintain coding standards
- Provides support for production issues when necessary
- Prepares detailed guides to end users
- Attends advanced technical training to keep skills and knowledge up to date
- Performs all database development tasks
- Sets goals and achieve measurable results

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSYears of Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of direct experience required
- Advanced level in all the following: C# (VB.net a plus), ASP.net, MVC, Web API, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, SQL Server databases (Oracle a plus), XML, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript
- Experience developing systems, programs, and databases. Understanding of medical benefit administration software is a plus.
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience required
Skills and Abilities
- Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced level system skills in C# (VB.net a plus), ASP.net, MVC, Web API, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, SQL Server databases (Oracle a plus), XML, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript
- Experience developing systems, programs, and databases
- Understanding of medical benefit administration software is a plus
- Manage competing deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Establish positive working relationships with others on a diverse and highly collaborative team
Salary range for this position: Salary $103,300 – $129,100.
