Job description: Responsibilities:Provide expert commercial advice to the President, VP, and Proposal Commercial Manager/Director.Actively participate in project meetings and discussions with project teams and clients.Coordinate with project management teams to resolve project issues and ensure successful delivery.Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue opportunities in the Middle East oil/gas and energy market.Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, client profiling, project tracking, budget analysis, and pricing strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors.Represent the company in meetings, seminars, and project negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions.Organize and plan commercial bidding activities, including pre-bid tender clarifications and post-tender negotiations, adhering to regional business practices.Required Skills:Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC Contracts (Pre-award and post-award)Contracts Advisor OR Contracts Manager for minimum 5 years.Exposure to deal with Tier-A clients including BP, Shell, ENI, Total, Saudi Aramco etc.Qualification in Quantity Surveying OR Techno-Commercial Management OR Contracts Law (Preferably Chartered/Fellow Member of RICS-UK) Experience to deal with Pre-award and Post award contracts in Middle East / GCC.Must be fluent or Native in English.

Expected salary: 50000 – 60000 per year
