As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to various surfaces including vehicles, furniture, and industrial equipment. You will use spray guns, brushes, and other painting equipment to ensure high-quality work and meet client specifications. - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Select and mix the appropriate paint products and colors to achieve desired results
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment to apply paint finishes evenly and smoothly
- Apply clear coats and other protective coatings to enhance durability and aesthetics
- Monitor and adjust air pressure, spray patterns, and other variables to ensure optimal paint application
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary repairs or touch-ups
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing techniques, color matching, and various painting methods
- Proficient in operating spray guns, brushes, and other painting equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and willingness to adhere to them at all times
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Expected salary: 5300 – 5700 per month
