- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in individuals of all ages
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide therapy and support to individuals with speech and language disorders
- Document client progress and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate and train family members and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Proven experience working with individuals with communication disorders
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of assistive technology and alternative communication methods is a plus.
Expected salary: 7000 – 8000 per month
