Job description: Job Title: Specialty Contract Operations ManagerLocation: Morristown, NJAbout the JobThe Specialty Contract Operations Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the contracting programs related to Sanofi’s Specialty Business Unit, including Immunology, Synvisc, Lemtrada, Rare Blood, Thymo, Rezurock, Rare Disease, and Neurology product and program support. This position will also manage the processing of Specialty Pharmacy rebates. In this role, the Manager will assist in the execution of contracts in our contract administration system (Revenue Manager).This position requires exceptionally strong Project Management skills, Leadership skills, the ability to take ownership, show initiative, and lead without authority. This role requires managing significant complexity in contract strategies, and strategy variation across multiple Specialty sub-segments. Strong follow-up with Internal and External partners is a must. The ability to see both big picture and detail level is key. This position will also manage and lead Contract Operations activities related to the numerous upcoming Specialty new product launches.This role involves contract management for various contracts including Direct, Indirect, in the form of drafting PA contracts, accurate loading of contracts/amendments, eligibility, pricing, and customer measurement. In addition to system maintenance, the Manager is the primary point of contact for field sales team/internal teams pertaining to requests/inquiries regarding the programs. Requests/inquiries come via e-mail and include new contracts or amendments, measurement verification, pricing, addition/removal of sites from contract, as well as other various requests. The secondary role for the Manager involves the monthly/quarterly adjudication of rebate payments and admin fees in accordance with contracted terms and conditions. The Manager should also have a fundamental understanding of chargebacks and membership/COT assignment, as these functions are related to this role. The candidate may also work in close cooperation with the Contract Associate Director and counterparts in Contract Development, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Trade, Government, Value and Access, and IT.
