- Proven experience in ITIL processes and IT governance.
- Strong knowledge in documenting processes and keep it updated.
- Strong background in risk management and operational tasks.

- Ability to manage change records and participate in key meetings such as operational risk and CAB meetings.
Expected salary: 20000 – 25000 per month
