- Deliver professional spa services including massage, body scrubs, wraps, and facial treatments
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Ensure spa rooms are well-prepared, sanitized, and stocked with products and equipment
- Stay informed about current spa trends and maintain product knowledge
- Promote spa offerings and retail items to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all aspects of spa operations
- Build trust and repeat business through personalized, caring guest service
- Protect guest confidentiality and ensure a peaceful spa environment at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field
- Additional certification in aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or specialty spa techniques preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Skilled in a range of massage and body treatment techniques
- Warm, welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
- Committed to guest care and continuous professional development
