As a Spa Therapist in Dubai at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, you will deliver expert spa treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and service delivery. This position requires knowledge of luxury spa protocols, excellent guest interaction, and commitment to wellness experiences aligned with the brand’s five-star service ethos.Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of treatments including massage, facials, and body therapies to Jumeirah standards
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest consultations, preferences, and post-treatment feedback with professionalism
- Support therapist training programs and collaborate with wellness and spa teams
- Monitor inventory, control treatment costs, and ensure stock rotation and product usage
- Drive spa retail sales through personalized product recommendations and expert knowledge
Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or 4, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, BABTAC or equivalent qualification in beauty and body therapy
- 3-5 years of spa therapist experience in luxury hospitality or high-end wellness centers
- Strong knowledge of holistic treatments, body therapies, and luxury skincare brands
- Ability to deliver a personalized, immersive guest experience
- Professional grooming, attention to detail, and adaptability in multicultural environments
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
