Overview
The Inpatient Resident/Registrar will:
- Responsible with full senior support for managing the care of all patients allocated to them in the ward in collaboration with the responsible medical staff, nurses and allied health professionals.
- Involved in continuing education activities.
- Participate in education and training for medical and nursing staff.
- Encourage and support teamwork amongst medical, nursing, and allied health staff for optimal clinical service outcomes.
- Involved in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
