THE POSITION
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production and menu-based catering
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
- Lead and inspire a brigade of culinary talents
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist with seasonal and function / events menu planning
- Assist with rostering, ordering, stocktake and staff training
THE PERSON
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Calm under pressure, experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
- Experience in bulk , volume cooking and functions and events
- Intermediate MS office
- Available Wednesday to Sunday between 10.30am -7.30pm
