As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, assessing project feasibility, preparing solar proposals, and closing sales. You will also offer post-sale customer support to ensure successful project execution and maintain customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of solar products, market pricing, and regulatory policies is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential residential and commercial customers for solar installations
- Develop customized sales strategies for different customer segments
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential, energy needs, and installation feasibility
- Prepare solar proposals using internal tools and communicate cost savings and ROI
- Lead the sales process including contract negotiation and closing deals
- Provide post-sale support and coordinate with project and operations teams
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, technology updates, and UAE regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in Zoho CRM
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales across residential and/or commercial segments
- Proficient in Zoho CRM and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of solar market pricing, offerings, and regulatory environment in Dubai and other Emirates
- Familiarity with on-grid and off-grid solar PV system design
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
