You Are:
UST is searching for a Software Testing Lead who will be responsible for creating test cases, create automation test scripts, testing payment routing engine rules/configurations, payment gateway, REST Services, Microservices, Frontend UI, automate functional test cases and validate CI/CD.
The Opportunity:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of payment routing engine rules and configurations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction routing.
- Test end-to-end functionality and integration of payment gateways, ensuring seamless communication between our applications and external payment processors.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to test the integration of our systems with various acquirers, verifying transaction flows and data accuracy.
- Design and execute test plans for RESTful services, validating data exchange, error handling, and compliance with industry standards.
- Test microservices architecture to ensure modularity, scalability, and interoperability within the payment processing ecosystem.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to test and validate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration, leveraging tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing results.

What you need:
- Java, Selenium Strong understanding of payment systems, payment gateways, and acquirer integrations.
- Proficiency in testing RESTful services and microservices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in the fintech or payment industry.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools.
- Mandatory Skills: Test Automation, Java, Selenium
- Optional Skills: Previous experience in the fintech or payment industry.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful services
