What You’ll Do:Lead a team of frontend and full-stack engineers delivering value-driven features across a key product lineAct as a hands-on leader: write, review, and deploy code alongside your teamCollaborate with product and design teams to drive feature development and prioritize the roadmapFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesChampion engineering best practices across performance, maintainability, scalability, and securitySupport hiring and onboarding of new team membersConduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and guide professional development through mentorship and coachingHelp build a collaborative, inclusive, and ownership-driven team culture What We’re Looking For:7+ years of software development experience (full-stack or backend preferred)3+ years of experience in Agile/SaaS environments2+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring or people managementStrong background in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ReactFamiliarity with modern development tools and processes: Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc.Strong communication skills and a passion for team growth and successExperience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments Our Tech Stack Includes:Cloud: Microsoft AzureBackend: ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, C#Frontend: React.jsData: SQL Server, Cosmos DB Location:This is a remote-friendly role.
