We’re looking for somebody with passion and enthusiasm to enable IT development and business transformation.Development responsibilities include software design, development, unit test, investigation into ad-hoc issues, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. Typical Agile Scrum responsibilities include participation in daily scrums, sprint/release planning, demos, and retrospectives.Basic Qualifications

  • Recent Software Development experience in MS SQL, C#, Java JavaScript, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SSRS, VB.NET
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, including tools such as TFS including Pipelines and Releases
  • Full Stack Development experience, preferably utilizing DevOps practices and agile development methodologies
  • Experience developing application interfaces, translations, and transformations
  • Experience with Agile Scrum environment, Git, and other Version Control Systems (VCS)
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with full life cycle development and sustainment
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
  • Experience with software development, processes, and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies

Desired skills

  • Basic familiarity with US Government contracting
  • Familiar with Tableau environment setup and report writing
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging AI search technologies
  • Ability to design software solutions to address complex problems
  • Experience with automated testing, script development, debugging, and execution
  • Basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Jira
  • Results driven, strong problem-solving/out of the box thinking skills
  • Willingness to operate in an interactive local and virtual team environment, using paired programming and test-driven development processes
  • Track record of being a self-starter, strong independent contributor, and ability to manage priorities and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
