We’re looking for somebody with passion and enthusiasm to enable IT development and business transformation.Development responsibilities include software design, development, unit test, investigation into ad-hoc issues, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. Typical Agile Scrum responsibilities include participation in daily scrums, sprint/release planning, demos, and retrospectives.Basic Qualifications
- Recent Software Development experience in MS SQL, C#, Java JavaScript, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SSRS, VB.NET
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, including tools such as TFS including Pipelines and Releases
- Full Stack Development experience, preferably utilizing DevOps practices and agile development methodologies
- Experience developing application interfaces, translations, and transformations
- Experience with Agile Scrum environment, Git, and other Version Control Systems (VCS)
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with full life cycle development and sustainment
- Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
- Experience with software development, processes, and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies
Desired skills
- Basic familiarity with US Government contracting
- Familiar with Tableau environment setup and report writing
- Knowledge of existing and emerging AI search technologies
- Ability to design software solutions to address complex problems
- Experience with automated testing, script development, debugging, and execution
- Basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using Jira
- Results driven, strong problem-solving/out of the box thinking skills
- Willingness to operate in an interactive local and virtual team environment, using paired programming and test-driven development processes
- Track record of being a self-starter, strong independent contributor, and ability to manage priorities and requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
