The successful candidate will be part of a team to support the open systems based applications. Candidate will assist with troubleshooting and resolving defects. Candidate will interface directly with staff members of Development, Support, Product Management, and Quality Assurance.As a key member of the application support team, the candidate should be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical as well as non-technical audiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical technologist with a desire and passion to learn, investigate and analyze.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Visa does not support immigration for this role.Visa is not offering relocation assistance for this role.QualificationsBasic
· Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred
· 2 or more years of work experience
· Experience using C#, ASP.NET 4.0 and the .Net framework (versions 4.5+) preferred.
· Knowledge of SQL Server, NOSQL, stored procedures, database design preferred.
· Understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies.
· Agile experience is a plus.
· Experience in building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Pipelines.
· Experience with WebAPI and REST services preferred.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability, desire and motivation to learn quickly and acquire new skills.
· Ability to prioritize workload in order to balance deliverables and meet necessary deadlines.
· Demonstrate a team-driven attitude, ready to innovate, collaborate and resolve issues.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
