Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Developer with a strong background in building web applications, API connections, and experience with Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating older webform applications to the Microsoft Azure environment and developing new applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain web applications with API connections.
– Migrate existing webform applications to Microsoft Azure.
– Utilize Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services for application development and AI integration.
– Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
– Maintain and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI programming and Azure services.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in web application development and API integration.
– Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
– Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and AI programming concepts.
– Proficient in SQL and database management.
– Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub.
-Additional Skills:
– Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
– Experience with transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTP, HTTP, etc.
– Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Visual Studio.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
