The team is a transformative knowledge management system for revolutionizing how research is analyzed, captured, shared, and utilized within product teams to make data-informed decisions.This role provides the opportunity to work on modern stack technologies and contribute to the development of AI systemsResponsibilities

\
  • Reproduce and remediate reported user issues by developing, testing, and deploying bug fixes across a mixture of front-end and back-end service code.
  • Implement and deploy security hardening for the .NET & Azure services to provided specifications.
  • Provide technical support to users and coordinate with customer service PM.
  • Develop, test, and deploy feature enhancements in partnership with PM & UX.

Qualifications

  • Should have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience.
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience with .NET and Azure services.
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience with front-end development, such as React JS.
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Should have a solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Should have expereince with Large systems software development, and support experience, ideally in .NET, Azure, and front-end React development.
  • Should have experience performing in-depth troubleshooting with both new and legacy production systems.
  • Should have experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution.

Nice-to-Have Skills for a Full-Stack Engineer
Frontend Development

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries like React.

Backend Development

  • Experience with server-side frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

Database Management

  • Familiarity with databases like SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
  • Understanding of database optimization and indexing.

Cloud Services & DevOps

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Prior experience with Azure services such as Application Gateway, API Management, WebApps, FunctionApps, LogicApps, App Insights, Cognitive Search, etc

  • A competitive pay range of $40/hr – $42/hr (depending on experience).
  • Position Location: Hybrid- Redmond, WA
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 8 paid holidays per year + 1 floating holiday.
