What You Will Do:
In this role you will support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at a large Federal civilian Government agency enhancing the agency’s identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) capabilities. This includes the development, maintenance, enhancement, and operation of ICAM capabilities at the agency.
What You Will Need:
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience with software development lifecycle
Knowledge of server-side web application development with ASP.NET and similar technologies with C#
Knowledge of Angular JS 8 or higher, typescript, and NPM
Experience with client-side programming including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Experience with Web Service programming including ASP.NET Web Services, WCF, and Workflow Services
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong background with heterogeneous system integration
Strong background with database design and development, such as implementing stored procedures, views, triggers, database encryption, and data modeling
Strong understanding of Active Directory Services programming, such as domain integration, account creation, and account updates
Familiarity with HSPD-12 identity and access management
Strong background with security practices including authentication mechanisms, such as Windows authentication, NTLM, Kerberos, certificates, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Strong Windows Server experience including IIS Web Server
Self-starter with the ability to lead other software developers
Ability to communicate system architectural vision to other developers
The annual salary range for this position is $82,500.00-$123,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
