Job description: Job responsibilities:1.Responsible for the overall strategy development and implementation of the company’s SMS marketing, including promotional notifications, user activation, event reminders, service notifications, etc.;2.Planning and execution of SMS marketing activities, tracking the results and continuous optimization, to improve the user conversion rate and retention rate;3.Combining the user profiling and behavioral data, user tiering, and formulating refined SMS push strategy;4.Responsible for the SMS content writing 4.Responsible for SMS content writing, reviewing and scheduling to ensure the content is compliant and effective;5.Monitor key indicators such as SMS sending success rate, arrival rate, click rate, etc., analyze the data and generate analytical reports;6.Collaborate with product, technology, customer service and other related departments to ensure the stability and efficiency of the SMS reach system;7.Study the relevant laws and regulations of the SMS industry to ensure that the SMS operation is in line with the national laws and regulations and the platform specifications; 8.Keep an eye on the industry dynamics; 8.Keep an eye on the industry dynamics. 8.Continuously pay attention to industry dynamics and excellent cases, explore new SMS operation mode.Requirements:9.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, e-commerce, advertising and media, computer and other related majors is preferred;10.More than 1 year experience in SMS operation or user operation, experience in e-commerce, Internet, finance and education industry is preferred;11.Familiar with SMS platforms, SMS channels, operators’ strategies, and experience in the use of SMS systems;12.Strong marketing planning ability and data analysis ability. Data analysis ability, able to adjust the strategy according to the data;13.Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork, high execution;14.Familiar with SMS content compliance requirements, with a keen sense of risk identification;15.Skilled in the use of Excel, data analysis tools (such as SQL, Looker Studio, etc.) is preferred.Bonus points:experience in using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Tencent Enterprise Point, Yunglian, Weimeng, Ucloud SMS platform, etc.);experience in A/B testing, user segmentation and labeling operations;familiar with multi-channel reach methods other than SMS (e.g. WeChat, App Push, email). etc.).Comprehensive Salary Range: AED 7000-15000Benefits: Work Permit, Paid Annual Leave, Room Allowance, Phone Allowance, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Holiday Bonus, Health Insurance, etc.Working Hours: 12 off 2, 6 off 1Address: Dubai (near metro station) SMS Operations Specialist/Manager
