- Provide regular progress reports and collaborate with project managers
- Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and tool usage
- Resolve site-related challenges and facilitate smooth operations
- Assist with final handover inspections and client satisfaction reviews
Ideal Profile
- Proven site supervision or foreman experience in Dubai\’s renovation or fit-out industry
- Hands-on understanding of local materials, building codes, and project requirements
- Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and site documentation
- Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic knowledge is a plus
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle
