Job description: Job Responsibilities1.Responsible to support ASP’s on field DX/VRV AMC and T&M sites.
2.Responsible for periodic trainings to ASP Technicians on VRV trouble shooting, report writing etc.
3.Meeting with customers whenever necessary.
4.Preparing site issues report and RCA reports in critical and escalated cases.
5.Technical Support for DX and VRV systems.
6.Knowledge of VRV Service Checker Dat
7.Responsible to work with cross functional teams – Admin team, Parts Team.
8.Responsible to build strong customer service relationships, through excellent service and demonstration of product expertise by resolving field issues.
9.Responsible to conduct toolbox talks to ASP teams.
10.Responsible to conduct trainings to FM teams, client and contractors on site and classroom, whenever required.Job Requirements:
1.Knowledge of HVAC.
2.Strong technical background of air-conditioning products – DX & VRV in commissioning and trouble shooting.
3.6-7 years of experience.
4.Site Management and ASP management.
5.ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Air-conditioning).
6.Technical Skill in trouble shooting of VRV units.
7.UAE Driving License.
8.Personality Attributes:
9.Written and verbal communication in English.
10.Ability to understand engineering drawing can be helpful in producing better results.
11.HVAC Service background.
12.Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power Point
13.Good inter-personal skills and positive attitude for work flexibility.
