Requirements
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Working within a dedicated sub team to own our client’s end user on-boarding experience.
- Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
- Refine, update and improve the processes in line with customers changing needs.
- Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
Please note that the successful candidate must be able to obtain a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
