  • Welcome and greet customers as they arrive at the service Centre
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services and products
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Assist service technicians with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Keep the service centre clean and organized at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude

Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
