Job description: As a Service Center Staff, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information on products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints. You will also handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, update customer accounts, and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information on products and services
- Resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating when necessary
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update customer accounts and handle administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computers and common office software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
