- Design, code, test, and debug applications
- Work with users and staff to resolve business problems
- Support, maintain, and administer deployed solutions; manage deployments and versioning using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
- Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Attend and participate in project and administrative meetings; actively participate in scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure proper scrum practices are followed
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, marketing managers, to refine the user experience
- Develop applications in an object-oriented environment using application development technologies including Angular, Nx, Storybook, Typescript, JavaScript, Node, HTML 5, CSS3, SASS, MVC, Webpack
- Design and develop user interfaces by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests
- Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
- Integrate applications by configuring and managing cloud services such as AWS S3, CloudFront, and Lambda; establishing connectivity with network systems and information servers to ensure efficient and secure application deployment and delivery
- Support web application developers by providing documentation, advice, coaching, and educational opportunities
- Enforce code quality in peer reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Ensure unit tests are providing value and maintain good code coverage to enhance application reliability
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEMinimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in web application design and development working with Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, .NET, Visual Studio, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET, Webpack, Gulp, Entity Framework.
- Must have strong full stack development skills.
- Must have a good understanding of behavioral, structural and creational design patterns.
- Angular Skills are required (v13 or above, we are using v15)
- 65% Front end, 35% Back end
- Responsive UI development experience is required
- .NET 6 experience is required
- ASPNET WebAPI or AWS Lambda experience is required
- B2C customer facing web development experience
- Significant experience with C# in a MVC or WebApi environment
- Must have experience building cross browser applications in an object oriented environment using application development technologies including web services, Ajax, JavaScript, DHTML, XML and CSS
- Relational Databases developing against SQL Server.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, demanding environment
- Ability to work as part of a highly cohesive and collaborative team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Optimizely (EpiServer 12) or higher
- Ecommerce experience
The pay range for Minnesota is $110,000 to $145,000 per year.
