Job Type: Full-timeRole OverviewThe Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for implementing the Group’s tax strategy, ensuring compliance with regional tax laws, managing tax risks, and optimizing tax processes. The role includes close coordination with internal finance teams, external auditors, tax consultants, and authorities to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with group-wide goals.Key Responsibilities

  • Implement corporate tax strategies and ensure alignment with group objectives
  • Monitor tax legislation changes and assess their impact on operations
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax filings and disclosures
  • Support real estate entities within the group on VAT, corporate tax, and audit queries
  • Conduct tax risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with finance teams for tax provisioning and reporting in financial statements
  • Identify and lead process improvements and tax automation initiatives
  • Maintain strong working relationships with tax authorities, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Create reports and updates for senior management and external parties
  • Promote compliance and policy alignment across divisions

RequirementsEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance
  • Tax or accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an international tax environment
  • Big Four accounting firm background is required
  • Corporate tax experience in real estate or large corporate groups is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of international and GCC tax laws (VAT knowledge is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems and tax reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
