Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer at Press Ganey Associates LLC in South Bend, Indiana will support mission critical systems within Information Technology in order to achieve organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain our Client Organization Manager (COM) and Press Ganey On-Line software applications.
- Responsible for communicating effectively with product management to determine the software application requirements, creating, and effectively executing the development plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field and five years’ experience in application development with ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Experience must include: five years’ experience in using SQL server; four years’ experience in Angular Web framework; and two years’ experience developing functions in Azure Cloud.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $114,296 to $172,000 . It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
