CRVCID585838This is a recruitment pool with Permanent Full Time, Part-time and Fixed Term opportunities, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.Position Profile and RoleWe are seeking Senior Social Workers to join our multi-disciplinary teams at the Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service ( ) providing compassionate support, expertise, and guidance to infants, children, and adolescents with severe and persistent mental health concerns and their families.Our provide access to services and convenient transport improve your daily experience of coming to work:

  • North Region Pool – Clarkson, Warwick, Hillarys, Shenton
  • East Region Pool – Bentley, Swan (Midland), Armadale
  • South Region Pool – Peel (Mandurah), Rockingham, Fremantle

As a senior social worker, you will apply advanced social work skills to conduct bio-psycho-social mental health assessments and screenings and in consultation with the MDT provide therapeutic interventions and case management. You will work closely with the young person and their families and liaise with other health professionals and community agencies to support the young person’s mental health and wellbeing.You will be an integral part of our supportive and collaborative team and play a key role in helping our patients establish practical and attainable goals, promoting the highest level of function in various aspects of their lives.
