About The Opportunity

As the Senior Sales Manager for All Access, you will be responsible for leading sales, strategy and operations for the Unnamed All Access business unit in the USC region. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with our executive leadership team to build and scale the All Access product across the region.

As a successful Senior Sales Manager, All Access you will be expected to:

Drive, support and influence All Access sales strategy

Build, lead and mentor a team a top performing team of Account Executives for Unnamed Accounts through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management

Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly cadence

Work collaboratively with cross functional leaders to ensure alignment across the business

Think outside the box to develop new and unique sales tactics and incentives to drive performance

Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members

About You

Bachelor’s Degree

7+ years of full cycle quota carrying direct sales experience

Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales

Experience in fast paced SaaS business is highly desirable

Experience managing individual contributors required

Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and presence

Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial and resilient mindset

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

Exceptional organizational skills

Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $99,375 – $132,500 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $165,956 – $221,275.

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
