Job description: Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for modular kitchen products.Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, recommend appropriate kitchen solutions, and deliver customized presentations.Site Visits & Measurements: Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and understand technical requirements for product fitting and customization.Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.CRM Management: Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.Collaboration: Coordinate with the design team, production, logistics, and after-sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend product and service enhancements.Brand Promotion: Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Required Skills4–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in modular kitchensStrong understanding of modular kitchen products, fittings, finishes, and appliances.Proven sales track record, preferably in modular kitchens, Or Kitchen Related productsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation, closing, and client servicing abilities.Technical know-how for measurements and basic kitchen design principles.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Expected salary: 12000 – 13000 per month
