Job description: Responsibilities
1.Research and bring in new client business opportunities through, show marketing, networking and referrals.
2.Actively find new sales lead sources.
3.Develop exhibitor prospect list and sales leads, retaining existing customers and developing new ways to bring in new ones across various segments as targeted by the company.
4.To be responsible for a particular segment of a show and have full responsibility for the sales achievement.
5.Attend client meeting and making sure to leave a good rapport with the client in order to maintain the business relationship.
6.Achieve Sales Target as per the Department Directions Annual Plan.
Brief the designers of all requirements of the clients and follow-up with them in all steps.
Prepare the client quotation, and price approval from the management before submitting to the client.
7.Collaboration with different departments (QS, Operations, Creative, Engineering, Production, Technology, Finance) to ensure overallsuccess of the projects.
8.Improve the sales culture of the shows by identifying and delivering specific sales related training.
9.Report activity and future results in weekly team meetings.
10.Review weekly sales reports and identify obstacles and issues with sales call quality.
11.Proactively keeping well-informed of competitive environment and work co- operatively with industry groups, embassies, functional groups and associations.
12.Facilitate and maintain healthy client payments through effective coordination between the client and finance team.
13.Perform other related duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:
1.A minimum of 6 years’ experience from the top experiential companies or agencies in the UAE
1.Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager with a track record of achieving a sales target of not less than AED 15 Million a year
2.Technical knowledge of exhibition stands design, brand experiences and relevant technologies
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
3.Arabic Speaker would be an added advantage
4.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
6.Excellent presentation skills
7.Results driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
8.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9.Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed; must possess a
