Job description: – Conduct cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost planning for design projects
– Ensure variations are identified from the ongoing projects and submitted for approvals
– Review of contract documents/ LOI/LOA/Subcontract agreement
– Manage project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle
– Send variation notification to client for any possible variations arising from drawings, RFI, SIREQUIREMENTSPosition Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
